A Little Boy Helps Jesus John
6:1-13

Great crowds of
people followed Jesus to see His miracles and hear Him teach about
·
God's love for them.
The people sometimes forgot to take food with them.
·
One day a huge crowd
of 5,000 men and their families followed Jesus.
·
It was late in the
day when they reached Jesus
·
and the people were
getting hungry.
·
The only one with
any food was a little
·
boy with five small
loaves of bread.
·
and two fish Jesus
blessed the food.
·
His closest
followers and helpers gave
·
it to the people After everyone had
·
plenty to eat the
helpers gathered up
·
12 baskets of
leftover food.

Later that day Jesus
told the followers who
·
were his helpers to
go to another city across
·
the lake he would
come after a while.
·
The helpers got into
a boat.
·
But that night in
the middle of
·
the lake a strong
wind came up.
·
And the men had to
work very hard
·
to row the boat.
Then they saw
·
something that
frightened them
·
more than the storm
they thought
·
it was a ghost. But
it was not a water.
·
Jesus called to his
helpers,
·
don't be afraid.
Then Jesus got into.
·
the boat and the
wind become calm.
