 Salt and Light 
You are the earth but if salt has lost its taste how shall its saltness be restored? it is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. Matthew 5:13-14

He presented himself alive to them after his suffering by many proofs appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God.
