Journal 33 Review in September

Review what you learned lessons in September:



Who is Jesus?

Jesus is Son of God. He is Lamb of God. Jesus died on the cross. He rose from the death. There is no sin in Jesus. Jesus is holy and perfect.







What the Bible says about judge?

The Bible says Do not judge each others. You will not be judged. You will be judged in the same way you will judge each others.







Who is God?

God is spirit. Those who worship God, must worship God in spirit and truth. God is holy and perfect. He never makes mistakes. On seventh day God rested from His work. God never changes. He never changes His mind. God doesn't old. He created us in His own image. God knows everything. He is everywhere.







Who were Cain and Abel?

Cain and Abel were sons of Adam and Eve. Cain worked crops. Abel took care of sheep. They decided to offering the Lord. The Lord accepted Abel and his offering because Abel trusted in the Lord. However, The Lord didn't accept Cain and his offering because Cain was too proud. Cain was angery. He refused listen to the Lord. Cain murdered his brother Abel. He ran away from the Lord. He went to Nod, east of Eden.






Who was King Ahab?

Ahab was bad king because he hated God. King Ahab worshipped idol called Baal. God was angery because King Ahab worshipped idol. An idol is false gods.





Who was Elijah?

Elijah was God's prophet. God sent his prophet Elijah to see King Ahab. Elijah prayed to God for no rain. Few years there was no rain to banish King Ahab.





What is the difference between Wise and Foolish building house?

A wise man who built house on rock. When rain and wind came river flooded the house didn't fall because a wise obeyed to the Lord. However, Foolish man who built house on sand. When rain and wind came river flooded the house fell down and destroyed because a foolish man disobeyed to the Lord.



Who was Judas Iscariot?

Judas Iscariot was one of twelve disciples of Jesus. He loved more money than Jesus. He betrayed Jesus. Judas Iscariot went to temple. He threw coins and left temple. Judas Iscariot hanged himself.



Who were Martha and Mary?
Jesus and his twelve disciples went to Bethany where Martha lived. Martha's sister was Mary. Mary liked to sit and listen to Jesus' teaching. Martha was busy preparing meal. She was upset. Jesus told Martha that she worried about things; however, only one is needed.

What is the difference between Tax Collector and the Pharisee?
Two men went to temple to pray. One man was the Pharisee. Another one man was the Tax Collector. The Pharisee prayed to the Lord, "I thank for not greedy and not dishonest. I thank for nothing." However, Tax Collector prayed to the Lord, "Mercy on me. I am a sinner." The Lord accepted the Tax Collector because The Tax Collector was humble. However, The Lord didn't accept the Pharisee because The Pharisee was proud.

What is Sin?
We know that God hates sin. Disobedience is sin against God. All of us are like Adam and Eve. The snake was Satan. The snake tempted Eve to eat fruit. Eve ate it. She gave her husband Adam some fruit. Adam ate it. Adam and Eve disobeyed the Lord. The Lord banished Adam and Eve. The Lord sent Adam and Eve out garden of Eden. Adam and Eve had to work hard, as today we have to work hard. The truth is Bible says All us are sinners. We can be tempted things, which is wrong. The Bible says All people have sinned and are not enough for God's glory. Sin is most terrible thing. Sin is serious thing. God is displeased (unhappy) every time you sin. We can ask God for forgive our sins.

Journal 32 September Journal Review

Verses from the Bible in September:


  • Jesus said, "I am light of the world. Whoever follow me never walk in the dark. They will have light that leads to life."



  • For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son that anyone who believe in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.



  • When I am afraid, I will trust in you (the Lord).



  • When a good man prays great thing happen.



  • You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.



  • Jesus kneeled and prayed "Do what you (Father) want not what I want.



  • Do not be yoked with unbelievers.



  • Anyone who believe in Christ is a new creation. The old is gone. The new is come.

  • I praise you (the Lord). For I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Now I read the Bible Old Testament.

From Isaiah 42:18 says Hear, you deaf;
look, you blind and see!

Journal 30

Now I read the Bible Old Testament.

Last sentence from Isaiah 48:11 says I will not yield my glory to other. Yield means give up.

Journal 29

Here verses from 2 Cor are:

Anyone who believes in Christ is a new creation. The old is gone. The new has come.

Do not be yoked with unbelivers.
Yoked mean is joined.
Unbelievers mean people who don't believe in Christ.

Journal 28

Now I read the Bible Old Testament from Exodus 20:16

Exodus 20:16 says You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor, which is ninth commandment. That mean Do not tell lie to people. Lie mean is not tell truth; dishonest.

Journal 27

Here three verses from Psalms are:

I praise you (the Lord) For I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your (Lord's) word is like lamp for my feet and light for my way.

Your (Lord's) works are wonderful.

Journal 26

Here six verses from Psalms are:

  • When I am afraid, I will trust in you (the Lord).

  • O Lord our Lord how majestic is your name in all the earth.

Majestic means wonderful; great.

  • The Lord is my Shepherd. I have everything what I need.

  • Wait for the Lord. Don't lose your hope. Wait for the Lord.

  • We put our hope in the Lord. He is our protector and helper.

  • I love the Lord because He hears my prayers and answers them.

Journal 25

Now I read three new verses from the Bible.
Gensis 1:1 says In the begining God created heaven and earth.

Gensis 1:14 says God said, "Let bright lights appear in the sky."

Acts 16:31 says "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved."

Journal 24

I remember the Bible says: Whoever does not love does not know God because God is love. We love Him because He first love us. Love each others as Christ love us. We should love each others. Pray for each others.

Journal 23

What is Sin?

All people have sinned and are not enough for God's glory.

We know that God hates sin.
Disobedience is Sin against God.
Sin is most terrible thing.
Sin is serious thing.
All us are like Adam and Eve.
Satan tempted Eve to eat fruit. She ate it.
Eve gave her husband Adam some fruit. He ate it.
Adam and Eve disobeyed the Lord.
Disobey is not obey; not listen to God.
The Lord banished Adam and Eve.
Banish means punish.
The Lord sent Adam and Eve out of garden of Eden.
Adam and Eve had to work as today we have to work.
We can tempted things which are wrong.
The truth is Bible says All us are sinners.
God is displeased every time you sin.
Displeased means not happy; angery.
We can ask God for forgive our sin.

I remember Psalm 33:20 say We put our hope in the Lord. He is our protector and helper.

The Lord God is like as sun, which He gives us light.

Journal 21

Who is God?
God is spirit. Those who worship God must worship Him in spirit and truth.

God is perfect. He never make mistakes.
God never change. He never changes His mind.
God doesn't old.
God knows everything.
God is everywhere.
God created us in His own image.

Now I read the Bible New Testament from
Luke 10:38-41

Jesus' good friends were Martha and Mary lived in Bethany. Mary liked to sit and listen to Jesus. Martha was busy preparing the meal. Martha was upset. Jesus told Martha that she worried about things but only one is needed.

Journal 19

Here verses about pray are:
  • When a good man prays, great thing happen.

  • I love the Lord because He hears my prayers and answers them.

I remember verse from the Bible New Testament. James 4:7-8 says So obey God. Stand up to the devil. He will run away from you. Come near to God. He will come near to you.

Now I learned from the Bible New Testament.

From Matthew 7:1-2 says: Do not judge each others. You will not be judged. You will be judged in the same way you will judge each others.

I remember the Bible say You should meet together and encourage each others. We should forgive people to show God's love to each others.

Journal 13

Now I learned New Testament from Matthew 27:5.

Judas Iscariot was the one of the twelve disciples of Jesus. He loved money more than Jesus. Judas Iscariot went to temple. He threw the coins and left. Judas Iscariot hanged himself


Journal 12

Now I read the Bible New Testament from Luke 18:9-14

Two men went to temple to pray. One man was the Pharisee. Another man was the tax collector.

The Pharisee prayed to God, "I thank for not greedy, dishonest. I thank for nothing."

However, The tax collector prayed to God, "Lord have mercy on me. I am a sinner."

The Lord accepted the tax collector because the tax collector was humble.

However, The Lord didn't accept the Pharisee because the Pharisee was proud.

Journal 11

Now I read Old Testament from the Bible. From Gensis 4:1-16


Cain and Abel were two sons of Adam and Eve. Cain job was farmer. He worked crops. Abel job was shepherd. He took care of sheep.

Journal 10

Now I read story from the Bible Old Testament. I understand idea. From 1 Kings 16:32-34 and 1 Kings 17:1

Ahab was bad king because he worshipped the idol called was Baal. King Ahab said it was right to worship gods. Some people worshipped God; however, they also worshipped idols.

King Ahab built the temple for Baal in the city capital of Samaria. King Ahab hated God. God was very angery because King Ahab worshipped idol.

Elijah was prophet of God. God sent His prophet Elijah to see King Ahab. Elijah prayed to the Lord for no rain because banished King Ahab. For few years there was no rain.

Journal 9

Today I read the Bible. I understand idea Story of Two Builders from Luke 6:46-49.

The wise man built house on rock. When the rain came, the river flooded, the house did not fall down because the wise man obeyed the Lord.

However, the foolish man built house on sand. When the rain came,the river flooded, the house fell down and destroyed because the foolish man disobeyed the Lord.

Journal 8

Who is Jesus Christ?
Jesus Christ is Son of God.
Jesus Christ is Lamb of God.
He is holy pure and perfect.
There is no sin in Christ.
Jesus died on the cross for you.
Jesus rose from the dead.
Jesus loves you very much.
Jesus always with you.

I read new verse from the Bible. I remember the Bible say Be kind and loving each others. Forgive each others just as God forgave you in Christ. The Lord wants us forgive people. The Lord wants us love each others.

I love the Lord more than money.
