God comes to Jacob
When Esau found out that he had lost his place as the next
leader of the people he was angry. He said that he would kill Jacob. Rebekah
told Jacob he must leave home right
away. He must go to live with his uncle in his Haran for a while. And so Jacob
left and went out alone into the dessert. He walked all day. When the sun went
down he stopped to sleep.
