1st day -1, In the beginning, there was darkness and silence.

1st day-3 His Spirit moved through the darkness and across the waters.
1st day-4 God said Let there be light and there was light.
1st day-5 How beautiful the light was. Then God divided the light from the darkness and called the light.
1st day- 6 Day and the darkness Night.
2nd day-1 God made the sky. 
2nd day-2 In the day sky He placed clouds to hold the moisture.

1-How often we feel caged in like a bird.

We must pay more careful attention therefore to what we have heard so that  we do not drift away.

It seems that we are constantly being bombarded with information. The internet the media your job. 

And people around you are continually dumping information on you.

That makes it difficult to stay focused 

on what is truly important.

3 day Then God gathered together the waters under the sky. He called these seas and He named the dry land earth. On the land, He made and flowers and trees and in each the seed to replenish itself. The fruitful earth was to become a place of beauty.

Noisy Air Waves In my distress I called to the Lord    to my God my  help. From temple he heard  my voice my cry come before into His stars. 
You're at a crowded concert. The auditorium is filled with shouting fans. 
Music blare but the audience is so loud it can barely be heard. 
You are with a friend who is standing right next to you.
Every effort to talk with her is lost in the noise of the crowd.
She  can't hear a word you say.

Fighting Discouragement

Fighting Discouragement 1- A heart at  peace gives life to the body but envy rots the bones. Why do you struggle with discouragement.

 What is  it that gets  you down. Are you looking around a friends and seeing that they have bigger houses. nicer cars more impressive careers and more successful children. Do you find friends have. 

If so you're setting yourself up for discouragement A heart at peace is content of course it aspires to continue to grow and improve and does not envy others. 

Bible stories

A baby boy was born from the house of Levi, of the Hebrews, and was hidden for three months to avoid being slain by the Egyptians, as Pharoah has ordered the killing of every Hebrew son. When the baby could not be hidden any longer, his mother put him in a basket made of "bulrushes" and placed it among the reeds by the river bank. 

The daughter of Pharoah came down to bathe at the river and saw the basket with the baby inside.  She took pity on the baby and called it to be nursed and spared for Pharoah's order.  When the child grew older, he became the son of Pharoah's daughter and was named Moses as she "drew him out of the water."  Amazingly, this one spared Hebrew son would go on to deliver the Israelites from slavery in Egypt.

Therefore just as the church is subject to Christ so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands love your wives just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her that He might satisfy and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word that might present her to Himself a glorious church and having or wrinkle or any such thing but that she should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies he who loves his wife loves himself. In addition, for no one ever hated his own flesh but nourishes and cherishes it just the Lord does the church For we are members of his flesh and of His bones. Wives likewise are submissive to your own husbands that even if some do not obey the word they without a word may be won by the conduct of their wives when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear. Do not let your adornment be merely outward arranging the hair wearing gold or putting on fine apparel other let be the hidden person of the heart with the incompatible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit which is very precious in the sight of God. For in this manner in former times the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves  being submissive to their own husbands as Sarah obeyed Abraham  calling him lord whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror. Wives submit to your own husbands as is fitting in the Lord.

Wives likewise be submissive to your own husbands that even if some do not obey the word they without a word may be won by the conduct of their wives. When submitting to your own husbands as to the Lord For the husband is head of the wife as also Christ is head of the church and He is  the Savior of body. 

Journal

Praise the greatness  of our God he is the rock his works are perfect and His ways are just. Does it seem kind of funny to be commanded to praise God. Well sometimes people get so caught up in their problems that they forget how great God is. All they see imperfections in their lives and they forget that his works are perfect.

Take your focus off yourself and your problems and think about God. Remember the accounts in the Bible of how He took care His people Remember the ways He takes care of you.

Think about His creation from a tiny flower to mountain canyon  and oceans. God is amazing. Remember to praise Him  for His perfect works and just ways.

Truth from the Bible about Marriage:
 And the Lord God said, It is not good that should be alone I will make him a helper impossible to him. Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh. He who finds a wife a good thing and obtains from the Lord. Take wives and beget sons daughters and take wives for your sons and give your daughters to husbands so that they may bear son and daughters that you may be increased there and not diminished. Marriage is honorable among all and the bed undefiled but more fornicator and adulteress will judge. In addition, Nevertheless because of sexual immorality let each man have his own wife and let each woman have her own husband. Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over own body but the wife does. Therefore I desire that younger widows marry bear children manage the house give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
