Ten Commandment God's Laws

God reward the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. Now they

needed guidance on how to live as God's people. Moses went

up Mount Sinai and there God gave him the Ten Commandments.

The commandments fall into two groups. The first four are about

how to live with God. The second six are about getting along with

other people.

1.) You shall have no other gods before me.

(God must come first in your life.)

2.) You shall not make for yourself an

idol in the form of anything in the

heaven above or the earth beneath or

in the waters below. You shall not bow

down to them  or worship them.

(You must not make any image to

worship God is invisible you must

worship only God.)

3.)  You shall not misuse the name

of the Lord your God.

(God's name is not a magic charm.)

4.)  Remember the Sabbath day by

keeping it holy.

(One day in seven is for rest and worship.)

5.) Honour your father and mother.

(Respect your parents.)

6.) You shall not murder

7.) You shall not commit adultery

(Do not have a love affair with

someone else's husband and wife.)

8.) You shall not steal.

9.) You shall not give false testimony

against your neighbour.

(You must not tell lies about anyone in

a court of law.)

10.) You shall not covet your

neighbour's house....  or anything that

belongs to your neighbour.

(You must not long to have something

that is not yours.)

God given faith is united with God's eternal covenant of grace.

God given faith is guaranteed in eternal election.Christ's Person and work make God given a living reality.God given faith was purposed by the Father assured by the death of the Son and becomes a reality by the Holy Spirit.God given faith is called into exercise by effectual call of the gospel.God given faith involves the whole man mind heart and will.God  given faith produces fruit.God given faith is tested.God given faith is a shield that protects against the darts of the evil one.God given faith perseveres because God preserves to the end.

Summary of David's Reign

So David son of Jesse reigned

over all Israel. He ruled Israel

for forty years in all, seven years

from  Hebron and thirty-three

years from Jerusalem. He died

at a ripe old age, having enjoyed

long life wealth and honor.

Then his son Solomon ruled in

his place. All the events of King

David's reign from beginning to

end are written in The Record of

Samuel the seer, The Record of

Nathan the prophet and the Record  of

Gad the seer. These accounts include the

mighty deeds of his

reign and everything that happened

to him and to Israel and to

all the surrounding kingdom

What is prayer?

Talking to God is called prayer. You can talk to the

Lord anywhere you are at any time, because He is always

with you.

The Bible says that God wants us to pray to Him all the time. That

doesn't mean we never talk to anyone  else. But it means we

should never stop talking to God.

The wonderful thing about talking to God is that He is better than

any other friend we can talk to. He cares about us more than anyone

else. He has the power to give us everything we

need. God wants us to ask Him for whatever

we need. And He loves to answer our

prayers by giving us what we ask for.

Go into a room and close the door. Pray to

your Father in private. He knows what is done in

private and He will reward you.

When you pray don't go on and on. Your Father

knows what you need before you ask.

You should pray like this:

Our Father in Heaven, help us to honor Your name. Come

and set up Your kingdom so that everyone on earth will obey

You as You are obeyed in Heaven. Give us our food for today.

Forgive us for doing wrong as we forgive others. Keep us from

being tempted and protect us from evil.

For He Himself is our peace who has made both one and has broken down the middle wall of separation. Ephesians 2:13,14.The God of  peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Romans 16:20The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me these do and the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:9.

God has lots of folks who intend to go to work for Him some day what he needs is more people who are willing to work for Him today. Doing something positive toward another person is a practical approach to feeling good about yourself. If you want to discover your spiritual start obeying God. As you serve will find that He has given you the gifts that are necessary to follow through in obedience. God wants us to serve Him with a willing spirit one that would choose no other way. 

what is cross

What is cross?Cross is what Jesus was crucified on. Thecross was made out of two rough
and heavy wood posts. One postwas long. When it was stuck intothe ground it was like a very tallfencepost. The other post wasshorter. It was attached crosswisenear top of the long post. Jesushad to have help to carry the crossto the place where He was crucified. Then Jesus' hands and feetwere crucified nailed to it. The long postwas set upright into the ground and Jesus was left hanging there todie. Jesus hung on the cross for six hours before He died. In addition, Todaywe remember that day as Good Friday Jesus died on the cross so we would be forgiven forfor our sins.

Esau hated Jacob because he had stolen his blessing  and he said to himself, My father will soon be dead and gone. Then I will kill Jacob.But someone got wind of what Esau  was planning and reported it to Rebekah. She sent for Jacob and told him. Esau is threatening to kill you. Lazarus and the Rich Man Luke 16:19-31Jesus told another story:'A rich had fine clothes and excellent food. Another man Lazarus was covered with sores and begged for scrapes in the street. Dogs licked his sores. Lazarus died Angels carried him to Abraham.  The rich died and in torment  Far away he saw Abraham with Lazarus at his side. He called Father Abraham have mercy. Send Lazarus with a drop of water to cool my tongue. I'm in agony in these flame. Child answered Abraham remember in life you had good things. Lazarus had evil. Now he's comfortable and you've suffering. No one can come back. Father said  the rich man warn my brothers They won't have to suffer like me. They should listen  my brothers Then  they won't have to suffer like me. They should listen to the  words of Moses and the prophets. No Father Abraham If someone comes from the dead  then they'll listen. They don't listen to Moses If someone comes back from death they won't listen to him, either.

So   Nathan  went back to David and told him everything the Lord had said.Then King David went in and sat before the Lord and prayed. Who am I O Sovereign Lord and what is my family that you have brought me this far and now Sovereign Lord in addition, to everything else you speak of giving me a lasting dynasty. Do you deal with everyone this way. So David became very famous After his return he destroyed eighteen thousand edomites in the Valley of Salt. He  placed army garrisons throughout Edom and all the Edomites became David victories wherever he went.

JOURNAL 1-MESSAGE

The Lord's chief desire is to reveal Himself to you and in

order for him to do that, He gives you abundant grace. The

Lord gives you the experience of enjoying. His presence.
He touches you and His touch is so delightful that more

than ever you are drawn inwardly to Him.

There is no secret that can separate you from God's love,

there is no secret that can separate you from His blessings,

there is no secret is worth keeping from His grace.

God's grace and power seem  to reach their peak when we

are at  our weakest point.

God is the giver and we are the receivers. And His richest

gifts are bestowed not upon those who do the greatest

things but upon those who accept His abundance and His

grace.

We will never cease to need our Father--His wisdom,

direction help and support. We will never outgrow Him.

We will always need His grace.
