Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests to God. Cold sweat breaks out on your forehead. Breath comes in short shallow gasps Your senses are heightened So much that you think you can hear a pin hit the floor You are ready to run at a moment notice What's going on Fear simple heart pounding fear. What makes you afraid What makes you worry What do you with those emotion. God says you should bring them to Him.  After all when you think about it. He's the only One who can actually do something about the things that worry or scare Trust Him enough to those things to Him Don't worry pray. Dear God  I waste a lot of energy worrying or being scared when all I really need to do is bring my fears to you Thank you for caring Help me to remember to come to you  first then I won't need to worry later Amen.

Teach me to do Your will for You are my God may your good good Spirit lead me on level ground. Hey a little help here Ever feel like you're walking in complete darkness So dark that you can't even see your hand in front of your face. You cry out for help but your words seem to bounce right back into your face You feel alone All alone. Maybe you're crying out to the wrong people. Maybe you're looking for help in the wrong places God will hear your prayers He will teach you how to live and He will show you what  His will is. He has promised that His Holy Spirit will lead you. You're not alone God wants to help you He's just waiting for you to ask Go on ask. Dear God I  will need your help just the psalmist I am asking you to help and teach me Thanks you for never leaving me alone Amen.

Dear God I don't know why it's so hard for me to trust you Help me learn to how trust. Help me to be strong enough to pray for my enemies I can't do without your help amen

He answered their prayers because they trusted in Him. Pray for those who mistreat you. Simple huh Trust God and will answer your prayers it might surprise you  to know that this little nine word sentence comes in the middle of the description of a terrible battle and He answered that their helped them win. The key here is that these men trusted that God would hear their prayers and that He would answer God rewarded their trust. How much trust is involved in your prayers It's easy to pray fancy prayer when things are going great But when you're in the middle if a battle do you believe He hears your prayers You should His truck record reordered in the Bible shows how much He cares. What Pray for the creeps who push me around make fun of me and generally make life miserable No way   Oh wait maybe I will pray for them that their hairs falls out they each get a zillion pimples the kinds that hurt no that won't work When Jesus said to pray for those who mistreat you He meant to  really pray for them Prayer is conversation with God. Talking with God means your heart lines up with His heart is filled with love. You can't continue to be angry with someone you are praying for So praying for your enemies leads to peace in your own heart Not a bad side benefit  eh

From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the Lord his God.

Have you ever messed up so bad that you thought things were hopeless Well you'd think that if anyone was going to be that low it would be Jonah After all he had disobeyed God run away from Him hidden in a boat and them ended up being swallowed by a  fish. But as bad things were Jonah turned to God. He didn't wait to get a nice clean church to pray and ask God's forgiveness right there in the belly of the great fish Jonah turned to God confessed his sin and asked forgiveness When you know you've messed up the minutes you know your prayer from wherever you are He will forgive you help you  get back on track. Dear God sometimes it seems like a special place to pray Help me to remember that I can pray anytime anywhere and You will hear me Amen.

Pray continually give thanks in all circumstances 
for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Okay you may say I've heard this praying all the time stuff before But giving thanks in all circumstance Let's get real here Is the Bible telling you to jump with you joy when a loved one dies. What about if your friends start acting goofy and stop being friends start with you Well yeah that is what thankful for rotton things that you don't have to go through any of thankful stuff by yourself. God knows everything that's going on. He will help you strengthen you can and never leave you alone you can thank him continually for that. Dear God thank you that you are always with me Thank you for sticking close and going me strength when things get rough that helps Amen.

Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours. And dear God please help yawn blah blah blah Does that kinda sound like your prayers When you pray do you believe He cares Do you believe He might actually answer your prayer if you don't what you're just praying because you think that's what you're supposed to do Oh maybe you're hoping that God just might activelly    hear you and answers. That's not the way the Bible says to pray Jesus spoke these words in Mark 11 and He said that when you pray you should believe God hears That is my friend is a command from the top. Dear God knowing You actually hears my prayer changes how I'm going to pray I know now that prayer can make a difference Amen.
